While I'm not a birdwatcher in the skilled sense, I do regularly and unskillfully look at birds through my window. My most favorite is the chickadee with its bright white cheeks.
I'm also super curious, so whenever I draw a bird I look up stuff and then include those discoveries in text on the backs of my cards.
